Is it just the guys that are the confusing ones or are we as confusing as you?

Not every women is confusing. Some women genuinely dont have a clue on what they want, these women need to reasses their desires. The same can be said for guys as well, there are some blokes that will pick up and put down a woman either for sex, to feel better or just between girls they want.

But to contradict everything I've just said, I don't think women/men are confusing at all. We want them to be confusing, because we don't want to face the truth: If they're messing us around, they're not that interested, end of!

Why do they come back then? I reckon
1/To boost their self esteem
2/Maybe no one else wants them lol
3/Because  they're unavailable again

What i mean is . . one minute a guy is totally in to you and then he's all about his friends and then he's back again and when you speak about this to him he's just like 'aw well i need time for friends too'
I manage to see my friends whenever i want, my boyfriend is in the cypriot army so he's out when he is which isnt often but i still think that he could spend more time with me ....

If your bf doesn't appreciate you then leave him. Go find someone that will take care of you, and show love. Your bf will never know what he has until he loses you. You are something he should have cherished,  Some guys just won't ever learn until it's just too late it that simple. Girls should never be afraid of losing a guy. That should always be a fear of a man. Some guys just don't deserve love, because they don't know what it is. And your bf will never find that out until he loses love.
