Give yourself time to get over it. Because it does take time. It depends on whether you instigated things or if you wanted the relationship to carry on. It takes time to heal from hurt and everyone is different. There no benefit in holding on to heartache, regret, and hatred toward another person. Try to Stay active join a gym lol excersise improves your mood and alleviates depression, and the distraction will help keep your mind off it and the side effects are you will be looking good for the next pull

give ur self time to reflect on how u as a person was in the relationship an how the other person was so u can learn from the mistakes u made an not remake them in the relationships to come . also to discover urself an see what makes u tick within urself and how tha can be used in a positive way to relate to another. trust is always the key to a relationship an honesty ! if u can set rules an abide by the rules set for u by ur partner there always be a perfect balance but maintaining that is the challenge.

well said souf :-). best to think about what went wrong. so u dont make the same mistakes in future relationships. its hard but make sure you know yourself before startin to know someone else. n to make sure you have a good friendship with that person before anything else. if u cant be friends then its unlikely to work out n get along. but as time goes by ul realise what is needed to make a relationship work n move on xx
